Program Mission
To produce a proficient Organic Agriculture Farmer with knowledge and skills in Organic Agriculture Farming with the integration of the 21st-century skills.
Program Goal
Producer of an exceptional workforce to the hotel and restaurant by providing learners with balanced training, combining theory and practical experience in the specific skills in producing organic farm products such as chicken and vegetables including producing of organic supplements such as fertilizer, concoctions and extracts. Raising organic hogs and raising organic small ruminants.
Program Objectives:
In order to achieve the Program Goal the following Program Objectives must be achieved yearly:
- To graduate 95% of the enrolled learners in Organic Agriculture Production NC II.
- To assess 100% of the learners who graduated in Organic Agriculture Production NC II.
- To go beyond the national baseline of 84% by four percent higher in the certification rate of graduates.
- To ensure 65% employment of previous and current graduates of Organic Agriculture Production NC II.
- To maintain at least two (2) active partner companies/institutions for Supervised Industry Learning (SIL), and entrepreneurial and job placement assistance.
- To conduct at least two (2) community outreach activities.
