ASSESSMENT

  1. Do you accept walk-in applicant for competency assessment?
  2. Yes, we accept walk-in applicants. For our accredited competency assessment center, please refer to this link
  • What are the requirements when applying for assessment?
  • You may visit the Assessment Office and submit the following documents:
  • Photocopy of live birth/ marriage certificate (for married woman)
  • 5 pcs passport size printed in matte paper with white background (applicant’s attire should have collar, without hat/ headdress/ eyeglasses)

  • Driver’s license (for Driving NC II applicants)
  • School certification (for student applicants)
  • Employment certificate or training certificate for self-employed applicants)
  • How much is the assessment fee?
  • Assessment fee of different qualifications may vary. Kindly check the link for more details[A2] ,
  • How can I apply for re-assessment?
  • You may apply for re-assessment after twenty-four hours but subject for process cycle time for the schedule of assessment. The same requirements will be submitted at the Assessment Center.
  • How can I claim my National Certificate (NC)?
  • During the orientation of your assessment, instruction will be given on how to claim your NC.
  • In case I lost my Competency Assessment Result Summary (CARS), what should I do?
  • Step 1: Submit duly notarized affidavit of loss stating the date of assessment and reason why you lost your CARS.

Step 2: Visit the LGPC-Assessment Center for school certification.

Step 3: Proceed to the school cashier and prepare one hundred pesos (₱100) for the certification.

Step 4: Visit the TESDA Provincial Office at Bolong Este, Sta. Barbara for the issuance of National Certificate.
